UCLA Theta Kappa Phi – 50th Anniversary!

For those of you who follow my blog or know me know that I shoot alot of college Sorority events for many of the universities in socal. But this one is really different. I had the honor of covering the 50th anniversary of their sorority. Some of you whose following my blog probably don’t even have parents that are that old! So it was so different to be part of this event. I could see from the charter members that they did not start this sorority just to have fun and enjoy their formals. They were basically making a statement! Very very inspiring group of ladies! Now without further adieu, check out this HUGE group picture of 250+ members of this sorority!

Another week, another set of Sorority Formals for us

This week, we have it a bit easier…only 2 in one day. I did the Formals for the UCLA Theta Kappa Phi at the super plush Marina Del Rey Ritz Carlton with my buddy and Mr. TiltnShift of DMC Studio helping me out. Jerry did another Sorority’s Formals at the Cerritos Sheraton.
I have to give ALOT of props to Stephanie who was in charge of the event because she has to be the MOST organized “in charge” person of almost ALL the events that I can remember shooting. All I have to say is Great Time Management Stephanie! Thank you!!! But she wasn’t the only one that stood out! Everyone is soooo cool and creative.
