This past weekend, I had the privilege of shooting Joyce and Santiago’s wedding at Hotel Laguna. I had 2nd shooters Kalen and Magic in addition to the kickass videographers from Whsy Entertainment doing what they do. I was parked on 6th street in Alhambra, and after visiting my dad I noticed that I had a big surprise on my windshield. Yay, a ticket for $50 because it was street sweeping day. And since I was taking some pictures for my dad’s room that he was putting on Craigslist to rent out, I helped my self to take some pictures of the street I’m parked on.
THERE IS CLEARLY NO SIGNAGE ON THE ENTIRE BLOCK THAT WARNS ABOUT STREET SWEEPING!!! Why would they expect me..someone who don’t live there…to know about their F*ing street sweeping rules?
Thanks Alhambra….you’re the greatest! Keep handing out them tickets 
Jerry worked his magic (w/o Magic) this weekend for CSUN’s Pi Theta Kappa Sorority formals at the Cerritos Sheraton Hotel. Obviously, if it’s Jerry shooting, he’s going to work in his “Jump Click Click“-ness into ths shoot. Another week, another set of Sorority Formals for us
This week, we have it a bit easier…only 2 in one day. I did the Formals for the UCLA Theta Kappa Phi at the super plush Marina Del Rey Ritz Carlton with my buddy and Mr. TiltnShift of DMC Studio helping me out. Jerry did another Sorority’s Formals at the Cerritos Sheraton.
I have to give ALOT of props to Stephanie who was in charge of the event because she has to be the MOST organized “in charge” person of almost ALL the events that I can remember shooting. All I have to say is Great Time Management Stephanie! Thank you!!! But she wasn’t the only one that stood out! Everyone is soooo cool and creative.
